Technical Support

If you're encountering an issue, or have a question about the app, please submit a support ticket in our Support Service Desk.


Please make sure to include which app you're contacting us about (Simple Announcements for Jira), and include any details you can provide, like steps to reproduce, and which screen the problem is occuring on.


Sample Screenshots or a Video are always greatly appreciated to see problems in action, and allow us to diagnose & fix issues faster.



For issues in Jira Cloud


For issues with a Jira Cloud app, please include the url of your Jira instance, so we can more easily look at your particular data.



For Issues in Jira Server/Data Center


For issues on Jira Server / Jira Data Center, please generate a Jira Support Zip and submit that with any details about the issue you're encountering.

The support zip allows us to look at the Jira logs, and check for any errors that happened behind the scenes, which could be causing issues.


NOTE: If the support zip is larger than 15 MB (too large to receive by email) - you can easily attach it to the support ticket within Service Desk, or alternatively contact us via email, and we will provide a secure location to upload the support zip.
